• DHL may require a signature for delivery, depending on your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs/security checks.

• Orders marked “delivered” by DHL are considered completed deliveries.

• Incorrect addresses, delivery refusals, or unclaimed packages may incur additional shipping or re-delivery fees.

• Currently shipping within the United States only.
